Lunchtime Recital: Emily Sun & Andrey Lebedev

On Wednesday 20th February 2019, violinist Emily Sun (2018 CMF Artist) presented an entertaining recital with fellow Australian, guitarist Andrey Lebedev (2015 CMF Artist) at St Bart’s the Less.

Emily Sun began the recital alone playing movements from Bach’s Sonata for solo violin No. 2 in A minor, before being joined by Andrey for Bartók’s Romanian Folk Dances. Their programme also included works by Niccolò Paganini, Manuel de Falla, and Astor Piazzolla, his much-loved Histoire du Tango. For full details, please download the programme below.
