Take a musical journey to Switzerland on 2nd July without leaving the City!

CMF Artists Mari Poll and Mikhail Nemtsov invite you to join them on a musical voyage departing from the Mercers’ Hall on Wednesday 2^nd July at 7.30pm!

They will be performing works by Brahms which originated at his house on breath-taking Lake Thun in the Swiss Bernese Oberland. Mari will be joined by pianist Jennifer Hughes to perform the third violin sonata and then Mikhail will partner with his sister Elena Nemtsova for the second cello sonata.

There will be a stopover en route to enjoy the beautiful Mercers’ Hall with a glass of wine and then the journey will reach its climax with Brahms’ Piano Trio number three, with Mikhail’s sister Elena completing the ensemble.
